The Sisterhood Networking Group was launched by Sarah Ridge in Essex back in October 2022. Having networked herself for 15 years, Sarah felt there was a real need for more heart centred, relaxed and informal networking for women. So she gathered a group of business friends together, headed to the pub and the rest is history as they say!

In the space of twelve months that single meeting grew to four in the South Essex area. Then in November 2023 Sarah began franchising and there are now branches in many locations across the UK.​

March 2024 saw the launch of The Sisterhood....In Session Podcast, which has been listened to in over 90 countries and 800 cities. A weekly show, Sarah interviews inspirational women in business, asking them to share their journeys with her.​

In May 2026 The Sisterhood Networking Group won it's first award - 'Excellence In Business' from Woman Who.

Sarah is hugely proud of the communities being created by her fabulous franchisees. Being a solo business owner can be lonely and a huge challenge.
